Overview

Lighting designers looking for an intuitive and comprehensive lighting control solution for iOS will be impressed with the American DJ Link, a four-universe hardware lighting controller designed for use with the ADJ Airstream LINK iOS app for iPad, well suited for theaters, houses of worship, concerts, clubs, and more. The LINK controller offers several one-to-one controls and provides a feature-rich lighting control platform with an extensive fixture library, making it easy to setup and control different shows and equipment configurations.

It incorporates powerful tools to allow the easy creation of complex movements and color chase effects, and allows the iPad's memory to be utilized for storing custom scenes and shows that can be quickly re-loaded when required. The software also makes use of the iPad's precise touchscreen interface to facilitate actions such as color mixing and drawing custom movement shapes.

The integrated 2.4 or 5 GHz DSSS Wi-Fi network allows you to undock the iPad and move about the room for true wireless programming. Each of the four 5-pin DIN connectors provides 512 channels of DMX programming for a total of 2048 channels. The LINK's outer casing can be removed, while the included 6 RU rack mount kit allows you to rack the controller in a standard 19" rack mount case. The LINK includes a Gooseneck work light and a power adapter rated for use anywhere in the world.
